About the Role

Designoweb Technologies is looking for a creative and technically skilled AI Video Generation Specialist who can transform scripts, concepts, and creative ideas into high-quality, realistic, and commercially usable AI-generated videos. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in AI video generation, AI avatars, commercial video scenes, cinematic visuals, and AI-powered content creation. This role is suited for someone who understands both the creative and technical aspects of AI video production and can take a concept from ideation to final output.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality AI-generated avatar and presenter videos with realistic expressions, gestures, voice and lip-sync. Develop commercial and advertisement-style AI video scenes for marketing campaigns, brand communication, and digital content. Generate realistic AI characters, environments, products, backgrounds, and cinematic visuals. Convert scripts, storyboards, and creative concepts into engaging multi-scene AI videos. Work with text-to-video, image-to-video, AI avatar, and generative video workflows. Maintain consistency in characters, visual style, branding, environments, and storytelling across multiple scenes. Develop product/service-focused videos for websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, and marketing campaigns. Experiment with emerging AI video models and tools to improve visual quality, realism, consistency, and production efficiency. Create videos in different formats and aspect ratios for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Reels, and digital advertising. Collaborate with creative, marketing, content, and design teams to understand concepts and translate them into effective video outputs. Identify and improve common AI-generation issues such as unnatural movements, inconsistent characters, visual artifacts, unrealistic expressions, and continuity problems. Handle the complete video workflow from concept → scripting/storyboarding → prompting → generation → editing → final delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience in AI video generation and generative video production. Proven experience creating both (AI Avatar / Talking Head Videos, Commercial / Cinematic AI Video Scenes). Strong understanding of AI video prompting and creative direction. Experience with AI video generation platforms such as HeyGen, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, or similar tools. Good understanding of text-to-video and image-to-video generation. Strong understanding of camera movement, composition, lighting, visual storytelling, transitions, and cinematic presentation. Ability to maintain character and visual consistency across multiple AI-generated scenes. Strong creative eye with attention to realism, visual quality, and detail. Ability to independently experiment with different AI tools and workflows to achieve the desired output. Good understanding of commercial video production and digital content requirements.

Good to Have Experience with:

Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects CapCut Photoshop Midjourney / Flux or similar image-generation tools AI voice generation and voice-over tools Voice cloning and lip-sync technologies AI-based video editing and enhancement tools

Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio/showreel is mandatory for this position.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate actual hands-on AI video generation work. A strong portfolio should ideally include:

At least one AI Avatar / Talking Head Video At least one Commercial or Cinematic AI-Generated Video Examples of AI-generated characters, products, environments, or storytelling projects

Candidates without relevant AI video work in their portfolio may not be considered.

We are looking for someone who can go beyond simply operating AI tools.
The ideal candidate understands how to direct AI creatively, write effective prompts, control visual output, maintain consistency, and produce videos that are realistic, engaging, cinematic, and commercially usable.
