One of the highlights was learning about a Middle East public sector organization that works on AI-based citizen engagement platforms. We are in the process of exploratory talks to prototype a modular solution to enable city services access through voice-based AI agents and AR-based civic visualization—a vision which strongly aligns with Designoweb's aim of building tech that empowers ordinary lives.

In order to keep up with the rapid innovation we have witnessed, we are creating a new in-house R&D facility. We are keen to develop ideas ahead of existing client need and create an internal innovation culture.

From the Smart Cities pavilion at GITEX's inspiration, we are currently developing MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) for smart parking solutions, AI-powered traffic analytics, and citizen-focused mobile dashboards delivering real-time municipal insight. These are being developed with scalability and localisation in mind—with the potential to roll out across cities globally.
